The site pragati-edu.org is hosted at http://adps-domain.com, along with some email accounts. For the last 3 days, the mail server wasn't reachable and the site was down. I finally emailed support enquiring about it. Turns out that there was a "technical problem" and this technical problem wiped out the site files, and the email accounts!!. I pretty much have to start from scratch restoring the site to where it was. I think it is unacceptable for a site host to have a customer face this kind of a problem, and for this long. I will concede however that technical problems are a reality, but the kicker here was there was no effort on the part of adps to restore my site - by default, it was my burden to carry!.
