Lost my wireless modem. Called Tata and blocked the account. Luckily, found it before spending a huge chunk of money to replace it. Called Tata hoping to unblock the account, which should involve setting a checkbox and saying 'go'. But not on Tata's customer management systems. They inform me that I HAVE to go to a store and BUY a new sim card - Inconvenience & Cost thrust upon a customer. Steers me away from any Tata service or product in the future!.
